Quest Search & Selection are partnering with a well-established multi-site retail business to recruit a Retail IT Business Analyst. The role combines business analysis, project delivery and application support across key business functions, bridging business and technology teams to deliver effective solutions and continuous improvement.

An exciting opportunity to play a key role in the ongoing transformation of the retail technology systems of a well-established fashion and footwear business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience supporting and analysing retail business applications, preferably within fashion/footwear retail environments.
• Experience across Business Analysis, IT project delivery and Application Support, ideally involving Oracle Cloud or similar retail systems.
• Understanding of retail operations including buying, merchandising, warehousing, store operations, finance and POS systems.
• Experience gathering business requirements, documenting processes, mapping workflows and translating needs into system improvements.
• Experience supporting cloud-based applications and SaaS, with understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies and testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience troubleshooting application issues and coordinating resolutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver user training and create training materials.
• Manage relationships with vendors and implementation partners.
• Present findings and recommendations to management.
• Work within Agile delivery frameworks.

To be successful in this Retail IT Business Analyst role:

• Ideally 3+ years' experience supporting and analysing retail business applications, preferably within a fashion, footwear or wider retail environment.
• Experience across Business Analysis, IT project delivery and Application Support, ideally involving Oracle Cloud or similar retail systems.
• Good understanding of retail operations, including buying, merchandising, warehousing, store operations, finance and POS systems.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across IT and business teams, facilitate workshops and manage multiple priorities.
