Location: SWINDON

Do you have an interest in Retail? Are you looking for a role where you will be involved in high-profile projects for some of the UK's leading grocery supermarket chains & DIY outlets? We have Team Manager opportunities working on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews, and Store Support Projects. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions, and leading teams to merchandise stock to a high standard.

The Role

• A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts from Sunday to Thursday.
• You will lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishment staff carrying out client tasks.
• Communicate progress and project sign-offs with management.
• Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
• Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (mostly nights). Shifts can be accepted via our Field Power platform on your smartphone, where you can set your availability.
• You will clock in/out using your smartphone through our RAS Dashboard.
• Work will be on various retail sites/stores with travel varying per shift.
• Tasks include removing/replacing stock using client plans, adjusting shelf heights, moving stock with roll cages and pallet trucks, and stock replenishment.
• Travel may be required when local work isn't available, with accommodation provided if needed.
