Mobile Warehouse Shift Leader - Swindon - £25,701

Full Driving License and own transport required

The Position

• This is a full-time permanent position, responsible for driving around Swindon to complete audits on deliveries.
• Rate of pay: £25,701 per annum
• Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus a 30-minute unpaid break each day
• Shift patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 00:00-00:00
• Working Environment: Ambient

You will be required to:

• Manage stock accuracy within the depot and verify loaded trailers against drivers' paperwork and incoming deliveries.
• Confidently perform addition and subtraction without a calculator for delivery checks.
• Respond actively to verbal instructions and audible warning devices.
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
• Ensure personal and team KPIs are met.
• Conduct weekly supervision and provide performance feedback based on audit data, focusing on output and error rates.
• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Be capable of prolonged standing, kneeling, bending, and squatting to access low and ground-level stock.
