Are you looking for a role where you will be involved in high-profile projects for some of the UK's leading grocery supermarkets & DIY chains? We have Team Manager opportunities where you will work on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews, and Store Support Projects. You will work at a fast pace, making quick decisions and leading teams to merchandise stock to an excellent standard.

The Role

1. A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts from Sunday to Thursday.
2. You will lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishers, carrying out client-required tasks.
3. Communicate progress and project sign-off with management.
4. Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
5. Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, including days and nights (mainly nights). Access assignments via our Field Power platform on your smartphone, where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
6. Clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
7. Work on various retail sites/stores; travel may vary per shift.
8. Carry out stock removal and replacement using client plans and systems.
9. Adjust shelf heights.
10. Move stock from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks.
11. Travel involved when local work isn't available; accommodation provided when staying away.
12. Make decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
13. Previous experience in Merchandising, Retail Supervision, or managing people required.
14. Maintain a methodical approach with keen attention to detail.
15. Manual handling and heavy lifting involved.
16. Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a 'can do' attitude.
17. Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights, is essential. Applicants must be 18+.
