Are you looking for a role where you will be involved in high-profile projects for some of the UK's leading grocery supermarkets and DIY chains? We have Team Manager opportunities where you will work on new stores, refits, range reviews, and store support projects. You will be able to work at a fast pace, making quick decisions and leading teams to merchandise stock to an excellent standard.

The Role

1. A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts from Sunday to Thursday.
2. You will lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishers, carrying out client-required tasks.
3. Communicate with management on progress and project sign-off.
4. Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
5. Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, including days and nights (primarily nights). Access shifts via our Field Power platform on your smartphone, where you can set availability and accept shifts.
6. You will clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
7. Work will be performed at various retail sites/stores, with travel varying per shift.
8. Tasks include:

• Removing and replacing stock using client plans and systems.
• Adjusting shelf heights.
• Moving stock from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks.

Travel may be involved when local work isn't available; accommodation will be provided when required.

You should be able to make decisions and prioritize tasks.

Previous experience in merchandising, retail supervision, or managing people is required.

A methodical approach and keen attention to detail are essential.

Manual handling and heavy lifting will be involved.

Problem-solving skills and a 'can-do' attitude are necessary.

Due to work nature, unsociable hours including early mornings and nights are required. Applicants must be 18+.
