Job Description

Salary: £14.65 - £15.15 per hour | 40-hour contract | 30-35 days holiday (pro-rata) | 10% in-store discount | Enhanced family leave

As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you will motivate your team, manage store operations, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for supervising the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager, handling stock, cash, and inventory processes, and creating a positive environment for your colleagues to succeed.
