Qualifications

• In-store team management experience in fashion or homeware retail.
• Confident communicator able to engage and motivate others.
• Demonstrated leadership with examples of team development.
• Good understanding of Visual Merchandising (VM).
• Ability to spot sales opportunities and drive ideas while managing costs.
