Home Bargains is seeking a Team Leader to work on the shop floor, guiding daily priorities and supporting a busy retail team. You will coach colleagues, welcome new starters and drive exceptional customer service while maintaining store standards and safety. The role offers clear development opportunities within a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be hands-on, lead by example, and motivate teams to deliver great shopping experiences and strong store performance across busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the way with management to set daily priorities and help the team hit our goals with confidence.
• Welcome new starters or coach seasoned colleagues, providing guidance, training, and developing lasting skills.
• Help create great shopping moments by advising customers and improving service while the team delivers smiles.
• Maintain high standards and store presentation, merchandising, compliance and safety so the store is a place customers and colleagues love.
• Lead by example on the shop floor, supervising others in a fast-paced retail environment and keeping energy high.
