Home Bargains in Weymouth is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to work with the management team to keep daily operations running smoothly. You’ll lead by example on the shop floor, support colleagues, and ensure excellent customer service that keeps shoppers coming back.

This full‑time role covers 44 hours per week in a fast-paced, high‑energy retail environment where you’ll develop leadership skills, drive store standards, and help the team deliver great value and smiles to every customer.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in fast-paced retail/hospitality.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Clear communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to prioritise and organise daily tasks.
• Lead by example on the shop floor.

Responsibilities
