Job summary

Home Bargains is seeking a proactive Store Leader in Bracknell to drive daily store operations, coach the team, and deliver excellent customer service. You will work with management to prioritise tasks, maintain standards, and support colleagues on the shop floor.

You’ll lead by example across merchandising, safety, and guest experience, with clear development opportunities and a fast-paced retail environment. This is a permanent full-time role with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to support colleagues and lead by example on the shop floor.
