Job summary

WHSmith is seeking a Team Leader to guide and inspire the store team, deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives while creating an environment for colleagues to develop. You will lead from the front on the shop floor, drive KPI performance (ATV) in a fast-paced retail setting, and build strong relationships with colleagues across the area to support stores when needed.
