• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Strong coaching, feedback and disciplinary capabilities.

• Deep understanding of store operations and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop store managers.
• Support Store Manager to achieve sales, service and profitability targets.
• Lead by example to drive performance and customer care.
• Oversee stock loss reduction and merchandising standards.
• Coordinate with Visual Manager on store presentation.
• Manage performance appraisals and development plans.
