We currently have an opportunity for Retail Team Leaders to join our team at Blackburn Rovers Football Club.

This role involves working on matchdays in a fast-paced, innovative catering environment. We seek outstanding, customer-focused individuals to join a world-leading food and facilities management company, offering excellent career progression opportunities.

Role Responsibilities

1. Welcoming retail customers, accurately taking till orders, serving food and beverages promptly, handling complaints, and liaising with the retail stand manager regarding matchday operations.
2. Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering an exceptional client service experience.
3. Answering questions and providing suggestions about food and beverage options.
4. Leading a small team at a kiosk bar during matchdays, organizing staff roles, managing customer queues, and completing relevant paperwork.
