Job summary

IB Talent Search in Oxford is seeking an experienced Retail Team Manager to support the leadership of a busy retail store. You will drive sales, coach the team and ensure a high standard of customer service.

The role reports to Store Manager and Deputy Manager, with responsibilities spanning recruitment, development, stock control, promotions and health & safety. A fast-paced environment suits a motivated retail professional.

Location: Oxford (City Centre)

Salary: up to £30,000 + excellent monthly bonus

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to support the leadership of a busy retail store. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused retail professional who enjoys developing teams, driving sales and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

The Role
