A leading company in stocktaking services is seeking a Retail Team Leader in Middlesbrough. The role involves managing teams, ensuring high customer service standards, and overseeing stock counts across various client sites. Flexibility is essential as shifts may vary, including evenings and nights. Full training is provided, along with opportunities for progression.
Salary: £30,943, increasing to £32,010 on completion of training. Plus, either a company car or car allowance.
Location: Middlesbrough

As a Retail Stocktaking Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering end-to-end stock taking services at various client sites. The shifts vary, and flexibility is required as you will travel to different sites daily and may stay away from home occasionally.
Working Days: Monday - Sunday (up to 5 days per week with potential flexibility)
Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts
Additional Notes: Work involves prolonged standing, use of step stools and ladders, and working in warehouses or large retail premises with high and ground-level stock. The role includes working unsociable hours, early mornings, or night shifts. Applicants must be 18 or older.
