Job description

Retail Team Leader

Salary: £30,943, increasing to £32,010 on completion of training. Plus, either a company car or car allowance.

Location:

*Access to wages from 3 days after shift completion* Immediate start, holiday pay.

As a Retail Stocktaking Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering end-to-end stock taking services at our client's sites. The shifts vary, and flexibility is required as you will need to travel to different client sites daily and may occasionally stay away from home.

Days: Monday - Sunday (up to 5 days in a 7-day pattern, with flexibility possible)

Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts.

Person Specification:

  • Full Driving License.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Effective communication with all levels.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Ability to remain focused under pressure.
  • Manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.

Additional Notes:

Work involves prolonged standing, using step stools and ladders, and working in warehouses or retail premises, sometimes at high levels. The role requires working unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
