A leading company is seeking a Retail Team Leader to manage stocktaking teams across various client sites. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate stock counts and delivering exceptional customer service. Flexibility is required for varying shifts and travel. Full training is provided, and the role offers competitive salary and benefits.
Retail Team Leader
Salary: £30,943, increasing to £32,010 on completion of training. Plus, either a company car or car allowance.

As a Retail Stocktaking Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering end-to-end stock taking services at our client's sites. The shifts vary, and flexibility is required as you will need to travel to different client sites daily and may occasionally stay away from home.
Days: Monday - Sunday (up to 5 days in a 7-day pattern, with flexibility possible)
Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts.

Work involves prolonged standing, using step stools and ladders, and working in warehouses or retail premises, sometimes at high levels. The role requires working unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
