Hours of Work:37.5 hours per week on a 5 out of 7 rota

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead, motivate, and support the retail team to achieve store KPIs and deliver outstanding service
  • Take ownership of key operational processes including stock management, replenishment, and compliance
  • Deputise for the Retail Manager and support with duty management responsibilities
  • Coach and develop team members, ensuring high standards and a proactive approach to customer engagement
  • Interpret customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the shopping experience
  • Drive sales through effective merchandising, queue management, and customer membership growth

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven supervisory experience in a retail environment (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude
  • Knowledge of the agricultural and countryside marketplace is a plus
  • AMTRA and BASIS qualifications (or willingness to work towards them) desirable
  • IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Forklift operation experience (or willingness to train)
