Mountain Warehouse is seeking a proactive Team Leader in Reigate (REI). The role offers Permanent - Part Time employment with a focus on leading a retail team to deliver excellent customer service and strong store performance.

You will be responsible for coaching staff, visual merchandising, stock control and daily store operations, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment and achievement of targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading retail teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the retail team to meet/exceed targets and KPIs.
• Maintain high shop-floor standards, stock presentation and organisation.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing duties.
