Job summary

Clarks in Salford is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and driving daily operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can step in wherever needed to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets performance goals.

This position offers an opportunity to grow within a heritage brand, working in a fast-paced environment with weekends and bank holidays, and using POS, inventory tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles preferred.
• Comfortable driving KPI's and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.

• Support Store Manager in leading the retail team.
