Aramark is seeking a Retail Supervisor near Newcastle to lead daily retail operations with a focus on customer service and presentation. You will support the management team, supervise staff, handle stock and cash, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the management team with the daily running of the retail operation.
• Supervising and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assisting with stock control, ordering, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Ensuring all food safety, health & safety, and company procedures are followed.
• Handling cash, operating tills, and completing end-of-day cash reconciliation where required.
• Managing customer queries and resolving issues professionally.
• Supporting with staff training and development.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
