Retail Supervisor - Part Time, 24 hours

We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Quedgeley, Gloucestershire. This is a permanent part-time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 24 hours per week, including some weekends.

Pay & Benefits:

We offer an hourly pay rate of £13.11, guaranteed for at least 24 hours per week, earning a minimum of £314 weekly. Overtime may be available for additional earnings.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support the management team in leading the shop to ensure efficient operation and excellent customer service
• Take full responsibility for the shop in the manager’s absence, including customer care, managing deliveries, and maintaining shop routines for safety and cleanliness
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop the retail team
• Manage operational costs such as shrinkage, waste, and payroll

Requirements:

• Trustworthiness and reliability as part of a small team
