Job Title: Retail Supervisor

Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Retail Supervisor to join our team in Bristol. This is a part-time, permanent role working 16 hours per week.

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate of up to £13.41 plus non-contractual sales commission.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
2. Open & close the store, including cashing up and completing administrative duties.
3. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong product knowledge.
4. Promote and recommend products to maximize sales.
5. Assist management in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
6. Support team members as needed.
7. Ensure proper merchandising, product displays, and stock management.
8. Process stock deliveries and store transfers.
9. Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.

Personal Characteristics

1. Ability to follow management instructions and take on additional tasks.
2. Previous supervisory experience, including cashing up and banking.
3. Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
4. Strong leadership, motivation, and coaching skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
