Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is hiring a Retail Supervisor on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week with variable shifts. You will lead the shop floor team, ensuring smooth operation and delivering great customer service.

You will manage till transactions, create weekly rotas, oversee deliveries and stock, hold keys, and ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standards. This role offers comprehensive benefits and training opportunities.

About The Role

We're currently recruiting a Retail Supervisor to join M&S on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week, working variable shifts.

You’ll lead the team on the shop floor, keeping things running smoothly and making sure every customer gets great service.

What You’ll Do

• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where everyone feels welcomed and supported
• Using the till, taking orders and receiving payments
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Checking and storing deliveries promptly and correctly, and ordering stock
• Being a responsible key holder
• Complying with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards
