Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a part-time Retail Supervisor (20 hours per week) to support operations in a major High Street brand. The role involves supervising a frontline team, handling till duties, stock management, and ensuring safety and hygiene standards across shifts.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering excellent customer service and contributing to weekly rotas and shop efficiency. This role offers progression and a supportive development culture.

• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders to maintain stock levels.
• Delegating tasks and ensuring proactive team performance.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Retail Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities may include:

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported

• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
