Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a part-time Retail Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in a major High Street brand. The role is contracted to 25 hours per week and involves supervising a frontline team, handling till duties, and delivering great customer service.

You will work with a flexible shift pattern, learn new skills, and be supported by a company that values its people, recognises achievement, and offers development opportunities across around 6,000 venues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
• Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service.
• Team player and can-do attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
• _supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
• Being a responsible key holder
• Using the till, taking order and receiving payments
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
