Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a Cafe Supervisor to join a major High Street brand in Bishop Auckland on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). You’ll lead the frontline team on the shop floor, ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent customer service.

You'll be responsible for rota planning, stock checks, deliveries, and upholding Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards. The role offers benefits including healthcare checks, mental health support, and a pension scheme.

About The Role

We're currently recruiting a Cafe Supervisor to join a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.

You’ll lead the team on the shop floor, keeping things running smoothly and making sure every customer gets great service.

What You’ll Do

• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where everyone feels welcomed and supported
• Using the till, taking orders and receiving payments
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Checking and storing deliveries promptly and correctly, and ordering stock
• Being a responsible key holder
• Complying with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards
