Pandora in the United Kingdom is seeking an organised, proactive Assistant Store Manager to lead store floor operations in Liverpool. You’ll support the Store Manager, coach a high-performing team, and model our selling ceremony to deliver world-class customer experience.

You will drive commercial performance, manage rotas, stock and visual merchandising, and ensure safety and compliance while embodying Pandora values Dream, Dare, Care and Deliver.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a retail team and driving sales targets.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead store floor operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Coach and develop a diverse team to deliver world-class customer experience.
• Plan rotas, manage stock, till operations, and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Deliver consistent brand standards and visual merchandising to maximise sales.
