Screwfix is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead in-store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll guide customers to products, maintain store standards, and manage stock with your team.

Qualifications

• Experienced supervisor or duty manager who is used to managing a small team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Great at giving amazing customer service, and able to translate that into sales.
• Inquisitive, ever‑questioning and ever‑improving.

Responsibilities

• Host – you’ll be the team leader, hosting in store, guiding customers to the right products and making it easy for them.
• Store standards – you’ll ensure cash reconciliations, customer queries, audit compliance and stock management run smoothly.
• Part of the team – you’ll work with a team that takes pride in the store and has fun along the way.
