Pandora, the world-renowned jewellery brand, is seeking a part-time Supervisor in the Newport area to lead daily store operations and a high-performing sales team. You’ll coach staff to beat KPIs, deliver a personalised customer experience, and uphold Pandora’s brand values.

You’ll manage selling ceremonies, KPI reporting, and store processes while ensuring security and high standards. A passion for retail and brand storytelling is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations, stock handling, and till procedures.
• Handle customer queries and escalations with professionalism.
