Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Supervisor to lead the retail floor in the West of England. You will coach a high-performing team, deliver a world-class customer experience, and drive sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include daily team briefs, coaching on selling ceremonies, and maintaining store operations while upholding Pandora’s brand values of Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver. Prior experience with a leading brand is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a busy environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee busy sales floor and coach a team of sales assistants.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using upselling and conversion techniques.
• Act as key holder and manage till operations and store opening/closure procedures.
• Support store management with recruitment, investigations, and disciplinary hearings if required.
