Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Store Supervisor in Ipswich to lead a busy sales floor, coach a high-performing team and deliver a premium customer experience. You will champion our brand values and own daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

As a Supervisor, you’ll set personal KPIs, drive sales with a focus on service, upselling and productivity while maintaining brand standards and store procedures. Experience with a leading brand is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee running of the busy sales floor and coach a team of sales assistants to hit targets
• Deliver a personalised, meaningful shopping experience by applying deep product knowledge and storytelling
• Lead store operations, including opening/closing procedures, till reconciliation and handling escalations
• Drive KPIs through daily team briefs, performance monitoring and effective selling skills
