Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Supervisor to lead the busy sales floor, coach a high-performing team, and deliver a world-class customer experience. You’ll champion brand values, set personal KPIs, and own daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role covers 32 hours per week on a permanent basis, with competitive pay (£14.53 per hour), a monthly bonus scheme and generous employee discounts. You will play a key part in sales, service, and store governance while upholding Pandora’s

Qualifications

• Experience in leading retail teams and driving sales.
• Strong focus on customer service and coaching,
• Ability to communicate clearly and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales floor operations and coach the team to meet KPI targets.
• Drive exceptional service and model Pandora selling ceremonies.
• Manage store opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Support recruitment and disciplinary processes as needed.
• Ensure product and POS deliveries are properly stored and tracked.
