Job summary

Smiggle UK & ROI in Stratford is seeking a proactive Supervisor to work with the Store Manager to maximise performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You will lead by example, guide the team, develop product knowledge, and ensure visual standards while managing stock and achieving brand KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support induction of new Sales Assistant team members.
• Work with Store Manager to develop team performance.
• Help develop sales skills, product knowledge and motivation to hit targets (brand KPI’s).
• Lead daily briefings and communicate targets in Store Manager’s absence.
• Lead by example delivering engaging customer experiences.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising briefs meet brand expectations.
• Oversee stock control, stocktakes and daily line counts.
