Job summary

Smiggle UK & ROI in Glasgow Silverburn is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead the team, drive store performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work alongside the Store Manager to maximise sales and provide guidance in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a fun atmosphere.

You will help develop team skills, manage stock, and uphold brand standards, with an emphasis on customer delight and KPI achievement.

• Support induction of new Sales Assistant team members.
• Work with Store Manager to develop team performance and development.
• Help grow sales skills, product knowledge, and motivation to reach targets.
• Lead daily briefings and share targets in manager's absence.
• Lead by example and deliver a genuine customer experience.
