Job summary

Postmark is seeking a Supervisor for our London Victoria Station store. This full-time role requires 40 hours per week, including weekends and weekdays as needed. Training will be provided in-store to develop retail skills.

You must be 18+ and able to open/close the store or work alone at times. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure top-notch customer service while keeping the shop looking its best.

Qualifications

• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Strong customer service and comms skills.
• Retail experience and an understanding of stock control.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers on the shop floor.
• Rotate stock and ensure bestsellers are represented.
• Train and support new Sales Assistants.
• Assist with stock control and deliveries.
• Run weekly reports and maintain stockroom.
