Job summary

Pandora is hiring a Supervisor to lead a busy sales floor, coach a team of sales assistants, and deliver a world-class customer experience. You will own daily store operations, track KPIs, and guide performance toward sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work Saturdays and Sundays, with a competitive pay and a monthly bonus scheme. Prior experience with a leading brand is preferred.

• Proven experience in driving sales and profitability.
• Strong communication skills to coach a high performing team.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the running of the busy sales floor and coach the team to hit targets.
• Lead by example, manage opening/closure procedures and till operations.
• Deliver exceptional service and develop personal customer experiences.
• Monitor performance, address escalations, and maintain store standards.
• Support recruitment and store administrative duties when needed.
