Job summary

Toolstation in Hounslow is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a 35-hour week, managing early starts and late finishes. You’ll deliver outstanding service, support the Store Manager, and help drive sales while stocking shelves and checking deliveries.

You’ll be the face of Toolstation, building relationships and delivering a great customer experience. The role offers development opportunities within the Travis Perkins Group and access to Toolstation Academy training.

Responsibilities

• Supporting. Stand in for the Store Manager in their absence, motivate and coach the team to grow sales and hit targets.
• Mucking in. Check deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and assemble orders.
• Delivering great service. Provide a great customer experience with a smile, even when busy and coach others to do the same.
• Asking questions and building relationships. Ensure customers leave with everything they need for the job.
• Building a fun working environment. Maintain product availability and high branch standards, making the branch a place people enjoy.
