Job summary

Toolstation Ltd in Derby (Alfreton Road) is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead daily store operations. The role covers customer service, deliveries, stock, and helping the Store Manager. It requires early starts and late finishes across a 40-hour week.

You’ll be the face of Toolstation, building relationships with customers and coaching the team to hit targets while delivering a positive shopping experience. Training through Toolstation Academy is provided.

Qualifications

• Hard work and passion. You don’t need retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Supporting. Stand in for Store Manager in their absence, motivate and engage the team or coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Mucking in. Check deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and assemble orders.
• Delivering great service. Provide a great customer experience with a smile and coach the team to do the same.
• Asking questions and building relationships. Ensure customers leave with everything they need for the job.
• Build a fun working environment. Maintain product availability and high branch standards, create an enjoyable workplace.
