Job summary

Sodexo Group is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure high standards in customer service, food safety and presentation at our Warminster location.

You will manage stock, cash handling and events, while developing a positive team culture and ensuring policy compliance. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, with a willingness to grow across retail and bar/leisure operations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in customer service essential.
• Willingness to develop skills across retail, food service and bar/leisure.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety, food hygiene and workplace standards.
• Good English communication skills.
• NVQ supervisory qualification or willingness to work towards equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day retail operation, ensuring policies and standards are followed.
• Support, supervise and develop military and civilian team members, promoting a positive environment.
• Manage stock ordering, security and cash handling in line with procedures.
• Support events and attractions to increase customer engagement.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to feedback and surveys.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, Food Safety, COSHH and Quality Control.
