Job summary

Superdrug Stores plc seeks a part-time Supervisor to help manage our Middlesborough store. You’ll support the management team with daily operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining stock levels and accurate tills.

You’ll motivate staff, handle shift coverage, and contribute to a vibrant store environment. With flexible Sun-Sat hours and a 6am start window, you’ll be central to keeping the store energized and targets met.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations.
• Drive sales and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and store tidy to avoid shrinkage and till errors.
• Help the team hit targets and maintain smooth store running.
