Savers is seeking a Supervisor for our Middlesbrough store. The role is part-time (16 hours per week) with flexible mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekend patterns discussed at interview.

You will work with the Store and Assistant Manager to lead and coach the team, driving excellence and helping Savers connect with the local community. A welcoming, supportive environment with clear progression awaits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Willing to develop others and coach the team.

Responsibilities
