Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Cheltenham store to work with the Store Manager to boost sales and motivate the team. The role offers a flexible contract with a fixed number of hours per week and advance rota planning.

You will analyse store performance, lead by example, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while supporting team development and progress reviews. OB values a positive, collaborative approach and a welcoming store environment.
