Job summary

Superdrug is hiring a part-time Supervisor for our Belfast store at Forestside Shopping Centre. You will support the management team, drive sales, and deliver memorable customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves leading a team, mentoring colleagues, and may include piercing services with training provided. Enjoy great staff benefits and flexible shifts to fit 16 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred.
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service.
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role).

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations, drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best, help reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Play a big part in helping the team hit targets and keep things running smoothly.
