Job summary

Farmfoods Ltd is recruiting an Apprentice Supervisor for our Erdington Retail Park shop in B24 9QB. The role is a permanent full-time apprenticeship with 35 hours per week across five days. You will earn £13.61 per hour from day one, with benefits including 6 weeks holiday and a 15% staff discount.

Regular assessor visits and ongoing coursework support are provided, with structured reviews and opportunities for career progression within Farmfoods' shop network.

Qualifications

• Flexible shifts; rota planned three weeks in advance.
• Complete Basic DBS check (England/Wales) or Disclosure Scotland check if hired.

Responsibilities

• Make customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and greeting.
• Help customers find items and provide fast, friendly service at the tills.
• Handle stock and deliveries, placing products on shelves and in freezers.
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and support the manager.
• Work with the team to keep the shop clean, tidy, and running smoothly.
