Job summary

Farmfoods is offering an Apprentice Store Manager position in the UK, providing 19 months of training with progression to a permanent role. You will work 45 hours per week across a variety of shifts, starting with close supervision and developing practical skills in retail management.

The programme includes working alongside an experienced shop manager, running your own shop with support, and completing coursework for the Level 4 Retail Manager apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Experience as a team leader or supervisor in retail or customer-focused industry.
• Willing to complete the Level 4 Retail Manager apprenticeship and training.
• Commitment to delivering a friendly, value-focused customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running the shop under supervision while training in management.
• Develop practical skills in retail management and customer service.
