Job summary

Farmfoods Ltd in Worcester is seeking an Apprentice Supervisor to learn how to become a confident shop supervisor while delivering excellent customer service.

This full-time apprenticeship offers 35 hours per week across five days, with paid training and a clear path to progression within a friendly family business. You will receive comprehensive support, benefit from a staff package, and have opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Be friendly and hardworking.
• Enjoy being busy as there is always something to do.
• Reliable as you will be an important part of a small team.
• Flexible shifts; rota planned three weeks in advance.
• Complete Basic DBS/Disclosure Scotland checks if hired.

Responsibilities

• Make customers feel welcome with a friendly hello.
• Help customers find items they need.
• Provide fast, friendly tills service and assist with packing.
• Handle stock and deliveries; place products on shelves/freezers.
• Work with the team to complete daily/weekly routines and keep shop tidy.
• Open/close the shop, handle cash, and support the manager in leading the team.
