Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Warrington is seeking a motivated Supervisor to join our fast-paced store team. You will support the management with daily operations, lead a team, drive sales and ensure excellent customer service.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining store standards, stock levels and helping reduce shrinkage while hitting targets. Piercing services may be required (training provided) and shifts offer flexibility with a 20-hour week.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience in fast-paced retail.
• Knowledge of retail KPIs including sales, profit and customer service.
• Ability to coach others and develop skills.
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Support the store management in day-to-day operations and drive sales.
• Lead the team to meet targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked, maintain store standards and reduce shrinkage.
• Assist with till accuracy and error prevention.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailerpreferred
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
