Job summary

Superdrug in Glasgow is looking for a hands-on Supervisor to lead a lively store team at Unit 1 The Avenue At Mearns. This role offers 12 hours a week with flexibility for extra shifts and a salary of £13.50 per hour.

You’ll support the management team in day-to-day operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll mentor colleagues, help develop their skills, and keep the store looking its best.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs, including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others to develop and improve their skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to maintain high energy and service.
• Drive sales and help the team hit targets.
• Support day-to-day store operations and customer care.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store presented at its best.
• Assist with till accuracy and shrinkage reduction.

What You'll Bring To The Role

• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
