Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Belfast is seeking a proactive supervisor to support daily store operations and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. You will help lead the team, deliver outstanding customer service, and assist with stock and till accuracy.

The role focuses on coaching colleagues, maintaining the store appearance, and contributing to achieving targets while ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided and not essential as part of the role)

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations.
• Drive sales and deliver customer service that keeps customers returning.
• Keep shelves stocked and store looking its best, minimize shrinkage and till errors.

Hours: 16 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours

Shifts: Flexible

Salary: £13.50 per hour

What you’ll bring to the role:
