Job description

Location: Unit 49 The Galleria, Comet Way, Hatfield, Hertfordshire AL10 0XX

Hours: 16 hours a week with an opportunity to work more hours - Tuesday 6am to 10am, Thursday 3pm to 7pm, Friday 3pm to 7pm

Salary: £13.15 Per Hour

The Role

We look for Team Leaders who go beyond management skills. You’ll be hands-on and also manage and coach your team—think on your feet! We see you as future Store Managers.

• Support the management team with daily store operations
• Drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain store standards
• Maximize profit by reducing shrinkage, damages, till errors, and costs

About You

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Understanding of retail KPIs like sales, profit, and service
• Confidence, resilience, ambition, and ability to develop others
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided, not essential)
• Success in this role can lead to promotion within the company
